I’ve played many traditional sports throughout my life, but nothing has been as magical to me as pole. Since 2015, I’ve gained strength, coordination, sensuality, and so much more. I can’t wait to help you develop your abilities and find what movement feels good for your body. My class will focus on building strength and developing technique to tie it all together. I’m excited to flow with you!
