I like teaching sports style pole classes, love doing ab workouts during my warmups.I started poling because I saw it in a tv show growing up and I always wanted to have a pole in my room, not realizing years later I’d have an entire pole room. I like teaching because I love seeing others succeed and become the better more confident version of themselves. I honestly struggled a lot as a baby poler, so I try to simplify things for my customers in order for them to develop so muscle and endurance.

I’m inspired by myself and seeing all of my past recordings and the growth that pole has given me physically and mentally. I motivate my customers by showing them how accessible pole can be when done in progressive steps. I also love being the instructor that keeps clapping and yelling YEEES across the room.
